In my opinion if you feel things are going a bit stale and you are not playing well my first bit of advise is pretty much always to have a couple days with your mind off the game so that you can come back with that little bit of spark that can be a real game changer.
The Reason I am posting this is because well I have been feeling slow when playing, and personally and as a team we have not been practicing up to par.
So the last couple of days I have not got near a video game in an attempt to re gain some energy when playing.
So tomorrow we have a night filled of scrimming so in the day I am going to put together a timeline of how I get in the scrimmming mindset.
